How come I can't log into my account? OR why does the system say I already created an account when I didn't!
  We have discovered that for some users of the Windows operating system and Internet Explorer that cookies are not being properly registered. While we work towards a long-term solution we suggest that do the following:

Try visiting our site with a standards-compliant web browser. We HIGHLY recommend Firefox or Safari.

Log into my account

OR

Open the Internet Options pane of your browser (found in the TOOLS menu)
Navigate to the PRIVACY tab.
Change the settings to LOW.
Close the window.

You will now be able to add items to your shopping car.

I'm having problems with my shopping cart or logging into my account. Is my web browser too old?
  Unfortunately, older versions of some web browsers are not supported by our store. Some of these browsers, especially some older version of Microsoft Internet Explorer do not correct handle some standardized types of HTML and/or browser cookies.

Since older browsers do not conform to Web standards, we cannot fully support all functions of the store for customers using these older web browsers. Our attempts to re-code our store pages to work correctly with these older browsers would break compatibility with current browsers.

The following web browsers are supported on our store:

   * Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or more recent versions
   * Firefox 2 or more recent versions
   * Safari (Mac OS only) 3.0 or more recent versions

For best possible experience with the Cotton Carrier Online Store, we recommend using Firefox 3.5 or Safari 4.0.3. (Internet Explorer works for some customers and not for others.)
My payment did not go through! OR I closed the Paypal window before I finished paying!
  For whatever reason that you did not complete payment, here’s how to go about finishing the process:

#1  Navigate to the top right of the screen. You will see the link:  MY ACCOUNT. Click on it.
#2  Click on the link “Review orders / track packages”
#3  You will see that you only have ONE order now, the new one I created with the RRS kit.
#4  Click on “View or change order”
#5  Click on the “Pay via Paypal” button.
#6  Click on the “Continue” button.
#7  On the Paypal page that opens, either log into your Paypal account to pay that way OR click on the “continue” link located near the credit card logs to pay with credit card.
