just love it! the perfect size for a quick shoot!

Almost a 5!

I would have rated my Hyker Slingbag 5 stars had it been two inches longer. The arrival time after ordering was awesome and the quality is great, but my Canon R5 with 150-600 mm lens attached just b-a-r-e-l-y squeezes into the zippered storage area. The included lens storage bag is nice, but obviously too small for my telephoto lens. Perhaps an adjustable velcro closure padded lens protective sleeve could be offered as an option, in order to be compatible with long lenses? If Cotton Carrier produces a sling bag that's more compatible with long lenses, Im interested.

I wanted to like it more, and with a little lens I probably will.

I schlep around big/heavy lenses. 70-200 f2.8 or 150-450mm. This morning I tried this sling with my 70-200mm. Combined weight about of camera and lens is 4.3lbs. Because of the lens weight, I had to attach at the lens foot. Since the bag sling is very flexible, that 4.3lbs rotated down pulling the sling above the attach point away from my body and letting the lower part of the sling and the lens hood dig into my lower chest and stomach.

The combination quickly became uncomfortable and I switched back to my original Cotton Carrier. The stiffness of the front surface held the camera comfortably in position.

Will it be suitable with a smaller lens? Most likely yes, but I haven't tried it with smaller lenses yet.

It's alright

I had one of these without the backpack before. I had hoped I could remove the backpack part when I don't need it, nope can't do that. The camera in my face is hard to get used to. Getting it off the carrier is harder than I remember, I'm sure it gets easier with practice. I carry an R5 with a 600 f4 on it, big package. I mostly just carry it in my hand.

Hyker Sling Bag a little too small.

Couple of things that I was not happy with; the back pack was a bit too small. Could not get my Nikon D850 with my 180-600mm Lens attached, into the bag. Separated, could barely get both in and was not happy about the way I had to stack them. Lens was longer than the padded insert. Could not use the insert at all, if I jammed the camera body and lens in the bag.
The Velcro fastener on the cross body strap, is extremely hard to adjust. Difficult to get your hand in the pouch to separate the velcro.
Also found that without the weight of the camera on the front carrier, the bag was not balanced and very uncomfortable.
Sorry, I love all the other carriers that I have purchased in the past. This one just didn't perform for me.
